The British BBQ scene really continues to scurry along at a fair old pace, with a lot of the BBQS that have been traditionally seen in sunnier climes coming over here. In recent years we have seen the rise and popularity of the “Egg” Style BBQ. Smokers look to be the next big thing. Bradley Smokers are a Canadian brand with over 15 years experience. The smoker works by burning wood bisquettes, which last around 20 minutes each, the digital smoker exactly controls the temperature and allows you to both hold and cold smoke your food, the smoker holds enough bisquettes for hours of non stop smoking.
So will these take off in this country? I think they may well do, for the enthusiast. I must admit I am intrigued by the concept and the difference between this and smoking on an Egg for example. Hopefully some day I will get round to having a look at one.
